Services
Wanderlust College Counseling is a small operation in that you will not be interacting with multiple people or departments; it’s just you and me. We will build a strong working relationship and make an individualized plan.
I am excited to get to know my students and learn about their interests, goals, and questions, then help figure out and navigate the next steps, out there in the world!
I offer several different packages depending on students’ needs. Whether your family is seeking a handful of sessions for general information or a comprehensive start-to-finish approach, we can customize a package that works for you, beginning with a 1-hour consultation to get acquainted and decide if we want to move forward together. If you prefer, it’s also possible to book a free 15-minute Meet & Greet to start.
Choose Your Path
Services consist of face-to-face virtual meetings over Zoom, plus time spent working offline to review student records, research colleges and programs to fit your needs, review essays, plan meetings and next steps, and phone calls + emails as needed between meetings. Packages range between 5 hours for introductory services to approximately 40 hours if we’re working on a combination of U.S. and international applications.
Applying to international universities can look very different than the American admissions process and timeline. Don’t see a package that meets your needs? We’ll work together to customize one that fits for your specific plans!
While Wanderlust specializes in international study, it’s also possible for U.S.-based students to engage services for U.S. colleges only, with the same individualized approach and covering the same elements as above (USA Forever package).
*Please note that pricing below is for students located in the USA. If you are Europe-based, please schedule a Meet & Greet or email me to discuss packages and pricing.*

WALES, TRINITY St. DAVID
Students who are adventurous, curious about different cultures, and want to be immersed in diversity will find that it opens up educational, career, and personal opportunities beyond what most students can even fathom in high school.
Are meetings virtual or in person?
Meetings are virtual using the Zoom video conference platform. I am located in Florence, Italy (Central European time zone), and can work with students based in the U.S. or in Europe.
Do you work with 9th and 10th grade students?
Yes! The Passport Package is great for younger students who want to learn more about the process, plan out their curriculum well ahead, and reserve a spot with me for 11th-12th grade.
What countries do American students usually apply to?
The most popular destinations are UK, Ireland, Canada, and Australia, plus there are many American universities and campuses abroad. It’s possible to study in English almost anywhere— let’s talk about where you want to go!
When is a good time to start the process?
Most students are 11th and 12th graders who are starting their international education journey at different points, and it’s great to start even earlier if possible. If you’re starting on the early side (9th-10th grade), we have lots of time to plan ahead, research, and strategize– this is ideal, as course planning in 11th and 12th grade is often crucial for international education. If you realized you’re interested in applying abroad a bit later in the game, we will start wherever you are in the process/timeline and create a more streamlined plan to get your applications completed on a shorter timeline.
What kind of high school curriculum do you have experience with?
I work with high school students based in the U.S. and in Europe who attend American curriculum or IB (International Baccalaureate) schools. If you attend a school using a different country's education system, we can explore whether it's feasible to work together.
Do you work with students applying to American colleges and universities?
Yes, we can work on a combination of international and U.S. universities, or American schools alone.
Do you work with transfer or graduate admissions?
Not at this time, but perhaps in the future. In the meantime, I’m happy to give you referrals to other trusted colleagues.
